How do I avoid pink flesh tones in pale children? My children are very fair. I find that many times pink/blue tones are very obvious in the photos that I take of them soemtimes. I own a tiffen warming filter, but am always reluctant to use it because I am afraid that it will darken whole photo. Help!

Not sure I understand how a warming filter will darken the whole photo (???). But I'm also not sure the warming filter is the best solution. It will tend to make their skin even redder. Different films have different color palettes so you might experiment with different films. You could also tell your lab to print so the skin tones aren't so pink. Or you could just shoot b&w and not worry about it.

I also have very pale children. This was a problem for me, until I discovered that more light, meant less pink and red. The more light, or more natural light you can get focused on them the better. If you notice the portraits you've had done professionaly with studio lights don't seem to have the same problem.
