How to submit a photo. Is it posible to submit a negative or an actual photo. For example, am I able to mail an actual photo, or somehow submit the negative? I do not have a digital camara, is this a problem?

Since you wrote, you must have a computer. The easiest way to digitize a photo is with a flatbed scanner. Scan the photo at about 300 pixels-per-inch resolution. You should also have an imaging program (Photoshop LE, Elements, Picture It, freebies with most scanners). Use the imaging program to downsize the picture (convert to the JPEG format) to the resolution and dimensions Jim recommends in the down load instructions.
