Starting a Darkroom in the Bathroom I am in the process of buying an enlarger and starting my own darkroom. Nothing too fancy, just the basics to get started. I have a few questions though...... First, how would you rate the Beseler 67VC Printmaker Variable Contrast enlarger??? (with a 50mm f/3.5 Beslar lens) I found a deal where you can get this and a 23 piece darkroom kit for approx $500. Second, the darkroom is going to be a temporary setup in my bathroom since I am in an apartment. Since I need to be able to setup/take down easily I thought of constructing a cart that the enlarger would rest on. Below I could have drawers/cabinets for all the supplies. Then a board on the tub for the trays. Is this a good solution??? Any bathroom darkroom suggestions are welcome! THANK YOU!
