How does one get badge winners off the site? I have managed to get all my images out of the gallery except the badge winners. Please advise on how to delete. I am not interested in being a part of this group any longer, nor do I want my images used by them.

Mary, if you deleted them from your "My Photos" area, then I'm not sure what you could do to get them removed from the "badge" area. Does your actual photo appear, or is just the thumbnail, from the badge area? Have you contacted BP direct?

Awhile ago I tried to delete a couple of my older winning photos but could not delete them. Currently they do not display in my gallery but I suppose they will probably still show up in the winners or finalist from several years ago.

Old Winners and Finalists are still kept in the system even if you delete them from your gallery/My Photos, but maybe BP will delete them if you ask them (at least, technically, they can do it as I remember that years ago they deleted the work - including Winners & Finalists - of a member who had stolen other photographers' images).

They can do it, but you have to ask them. I know of a former member who asked to have her work deleted and they did do it.

I can understand why BP would be programmed to prevent removal of badge winners. Imagine how annoying it would be for all the rest of us to go in to look at the winners for a month and be missing a bunch of them. I can see BP removing them if they are proven to be stolen, but otherwise I think they would be very reluctant to do so.
