Jug Bay Wetlands sunrise/set Photo Day Sep. 8 '12 Should anyone be visiting in the DC/MD area in early September, looking for nature/marshes/birds/critters/woodlands, etc, the Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary is going to open at 5:30am (an hour before sunrise), and close an hour after sunset, for participants of a special photo workshop outing being held there September 8, 2012. $15 fee supporting the non-profit Sanctuary, which is located about 25 miles east-southeast of D.C.
