using a SD Card in Nikon D300 I use compact flash cards for my photography, but my brother asked me to download photos from his SC Card. It stated that I first had to format the disk, which makes me concerned that this would wipe out all the photos currently on there. Does anyone know if my assumption is correct? Yup. Formating the disk (or a card) will wipe out all the photos (and everything else) on it. That's kind of a point of formating. So - backup first, then format. Hope it helps, Regards, Bojan 5/26/2011 2:00:45 PM |
