Photography Question

Transfering programs

I am picking up a new laptop today. It will have Windows 7. I have CS2 with NIK Color Efex, Photomatix, plugins, etc. that I want from my old computer on my new one. In same cases I have the discs, some I don't. I have my upgrade disc for CS2 but not the original ver. 6. I have an external hard drive. Is there a way to copy all of this to the external hard drive and then copy it onto my new computer? I hope this makes sense. Thanks!

I use Macs at home but I am sure you would have the same issue I had with PS. I believe Adobe only allows their PS software to be loaded on two different computers. I had PS on two computers and recently bought another one. It let me load CS4, but came up with a 30 day notice, telling me to order a new software package!

I also have Nik Color Efex, Photomatix and other plug-ins from Flaming Pear. Some you might be able to transfer. I had to redownload them, which was OK, since I had written down the registration keys for each one.
