Northern Lights the next two Nights


Please see the link below...big solar flare...here's a quote from the article:

"On the evening of August 3rd/4th, skywatchers in the northern U.S. and other countries should look toward the north for the rippling dancing “curtains” of green and red light."

I haven't found any estimates for how far south the lights can be seen. And you'd have to be away from the city lights. But if you live north of 40 degrees north, I bet you'll be able to see the lights (assuming no clouds). :-)
