How to remove a sunburn from someone's chest?

I did a photo shoot and the woman had been in the sun the day before and got a bad v neck sunburn on her chest. For the photo shoot, she wore a scoop neck. Her chest is very red in the v neck section. Any ideas on how I can remove or fix that?
