Photography Question

Dianna Murphy

Need Scanner Advise

I'm in the market for a good mid level scanner. I do lots of restorations from both prints and slides and my old one decides when and when not to work. Any advise, suggestions. I posed this a few days ago and got NO response. I'd appreciate the help very much. Thanks!!!

I have a Nikon Coolscan V. It has done a good job for me. It will scan slides or negatives. The film photos on my website were scanned with this.

I am in the same boat. My decision is going to be the new Epson v600. I will have more info on this in a week or two. Someone at the local photo lab is purchasing one for her own work.
