How to shoot the moon at night??


Sir: I am having trouble in getting a decent shot of the moon at night.If you can tell me something about this it would help a lot. I can not make it clear, does that make any sence??

Hi Wayne,
I usually set to f/9 or f/11 and shutter speed at 1/125 or 1/250 and manual focus as best as I can.
I dont remember my setting for this shot but it was in that neighborhood. I'll have to look when I get home.
I used a 100-400mm lens (@400mm) with a 1.4 extender on this one :)
