Telephoto Lens for Olympus system

I have a Olympus E-volt 300. It has been great camera. I have the standard 14-45 and 40-150 kit lenses. I want to stay with Olypmpus and I will some day go to the E-30 or E-3 to get more mega-pixels. I want to get a new lens for the 4/3 system...a telephoto of zoom that is more then, and better the the standard 150 I got. Any suggestions or pointers on what to got or where to go to buy new or used. Thanks

The Olympus 50-200 f/2.8-3.5 ED SWD would fit the bill, I think.

Just a warning - it is HUGE!! I bought it and returned it 4 days later - too bulky for me!
