question about resubmit photo why when I resubmit a photo that is alredy in my gallery it wont show it in the contest pages?

It should appear in your own contest entries (there you see all the photos you submitted this month: a thumbnail with a date and category), but in the contest (all current entries by all people) it will appear on a page with other photos uploaded that day you uploaded your photo to the system (if you resubmit something you uploaded a year ago, then it will appear almost in the end of all contest entries).
