Hi Kent, I have a local place (Glazers Camera in Seattle or Pro Photo Supply in Portland) that rent lenses - I would check with the larger local stores in your area and ask them if they rent.. I found a bunch online - here is one: http://www.borrowlenses.com/category/canon_super_tele Good Luck,
