Commenting Hello I can't seem to be able to comment on images anymore when I visit a gallery. I love visiting galleries and commenting. I can only leave comments when I go to the contest entries. Did they hide this too. The new design is a bit tiresome! Am I the only one??? Thanks for the help.

Hi Dianna, I would e-mail BP since you have both a basic gallery & a pro gallery, access to respond should not be an issue. I dont have this problem from my PC at work or my MAC at home. It seems everyday there is a different glitch with the new rearranged site. Change may be good but it sure is a pain sometimes :)

There's a glitch...at least I think it's a glitch and not by design...if you visit a "classic" gallery, the comment button no longer appears below the full-sized photo. Just click your back button on the browser, and you should see the "discuss" link below the thumbnail. I realize this is an extra step, but that's what people must do to comment on classic gallery shots!

OK, thats weird, I just clicked on a couple of your images and did not see a discussion link either. I see it on others galleries but not yours ???

Not for me, anyway, Ken. I have a classic style gallery and yes, there's a Discuss under the thumbnails but nothing similar under the full sized images -- neither Discuss nor Comment. Please, BP, put it back!!

That's strange...maybe it's a browser thing? I have Internet Explorer. I know of other BPers that have noticed the fix too...hopefully they can get it fixed for you too!

I am continuing to struggle with the entire "new changes" to Better Photo site. I have to log in twice to start, have no idea how to find photos, or see photos as they come in like I use to. I feel the change is very confusing and difficult. It would be hard for someone without a BP gallery to look, let alone others who thought they knew it. I feel very sad, and I miss the ease they had going before. I am hoping it will be looked at seriously before keeping this new version. I am all up for change and I know change is hard. I happen to know I am not the only person having these problems.

Jane, I recommend you send BP a Contact e-mail, as they may not monitor the forums. I have also suggested they add a Photos tab on their main home page, for ease of finding things..and it puts "Photos" on a par with their courses and websites. You can find the photos though..try this...after you log in, click on "My Member Center", then "Better Photos." You should see the links for new arrivals, Editors Picks, etc. But, if you want to find the Contest entries, you have to go a different route..again thru Better Photos, then click "Our Monthly Contest" then on the LHS, click "View Contest Entries." There's probably another way too...I just haven't found it. Agree..a bit confusing to navigate to all the photos..again, I recommend you send BP a contact e-mail.

Ken, Thank you, I have sent them several emails. They are good about getting back to me promptly which is nice. I have already did what you suggested. It still seems difficult process to view photos.
