Photo Shoot Assistant Hello, I am a fine art photography student in Southwest Michigan. Although I really love the work I've been doing in my courses, the focus of the work is definitely conceptual versus technique. I am interested in learning some of the basics of a photo shoot (weddings, fashion, you name it...) and would be willing to offer my assistance as an assistant in exchange for the learning experience. If any one has suggestions or would like to take me up on my offer, please let me know!

Tracy, have you contacted any local pros with this offer yet? If not, look around at the work of some and approach the ones you admire. Most pros are pretty open to free help.
