how to take better picture when it is not enough l I have Canon 40D. when I take picture in the meeting room there were not enough lighting, I set ISO over 800 and speed was f08 , still really dark. Since I did not use tripod the photo really blur. Anyone help me I would appreciated Sorry I am not good in English

not enough info.off camera flash might help. aperature 08 with acceptable light is ok,but apparently no.might drop it to 5.6,yet we don't know lens speed?or what lens? ho ho ho.
