Sorting images in the proper folder/gallery Greetings. I am sure someone asked this, but I did not see it, so here goes. I had created folder/galleries to drop the images into them and today I was downloading images of gargoyles into into my "building folder" and the folders or groups were not there. They are there on the main page but the images are not in their subject folder. What am I missing or doing wrong? Thanks and Happy Holidays to all.

Whilst I'm not a Windows expert, and unfortunately don't have a direct solution, it does sound as if the images are still there, just their icons are not. If so, then it would be a matter of making the icons visible. Or recreating them if they were trashed for some reason. Stuff like this sometimes happens when a new photo management application is installed or activated. It builds its own image database, filling it with the images on your system. Whereby apparently those image files' icons are trashed or rendered invisible. That's my theory anyway. Hopefully someone comes along with a more practical answer for you.

Thanks. I figured it out after I sent the note out. I am not on this site as much as I should be but did find or figure out what I was doing or not. LOL Thanks and Happy Holidays. As a side note, can I add 3rd party software to my link/site? Just curious. Be well.

Sorry..I meant this site. I have a site on this link. Check out my BetterPhoto link site and I was wondering if BetterPhoto.com site allows for any 3rd party software or is that something I can do if I have my own domain and link. My own personal site: carlosvaronphotography.com is just starting and am not getting to far. I am thinking it is proably easier to get a "canned site" and why bother. Thanks for your time and effort to assist me.
