photos for legal documents I have a friend who recently came from Russia, she has her passport photos and a green card but has ask me to do more photos for her for some legal documents, but I'm just not sure what she needs . Shes been to the DMV already.( she doesnt like the photos ... who does like them??) I dont even know how to do passport photos except that that need to be head and shoulders with a plain white or cream background. but I dont even know if they could be used leagally. Dont they have to be from some place like the DMV to be legal? and what other kind of photos could she need ? thanks Brenda

Hi Brenda; If your friend is lookig to change the photos on government documents (especially her passport), tell her to contact her government embassy.Any alterations to these documents will void them. That's considered tampering. These documents are the way she got here, as well as the way she will get home. Out of the seven photo IDs in my wallet, only my fire dept. ID shows me as clean shaven. As these IDs are renewed, they will show the new me. She will probably just have to live with them. We all do.

Howdy Mark ! Pasadena is about 400 miles south of me. But thanks for your good wishes. We had our hands full with the Big Sur fires this year. Those were about 20 miles south. We appreciate all the help we can get, any time. Lemme know if you get out this way and need some R&R. M.

I think they'll put us up in a hotel like they've done the last four times I've been there. I've gotten some great fire footage on those wildfires. I can't wait to see who's names come up for the team this year. I've got the hotshot training now, so my name sits higher on the list than most. We're going to LA. I thought you were there.
