Value of my camera I have a Canon EOS-1N here, with a 58-105mm Lens, Was a gift from my grandad as he didnt want it any more. I really want to see how much I can get for it to buy a nice Digital SLR, But I really hopes its worth a bit =] Cheers guys 9/29/2008 2:51:12 PM |

The 1n is a beautiful, rugged, top of the line pro camera from 1994-2000. But now in the digital era there is little market for it beyond a few collectors and even fewer dedicated hobbiests still using film. I don't see any in the used dept. at B&H and KEH. Only a couple on ebay currently going for ~$260 and less. Great for those looking to get one, it was over $1000 when new. Not so great for anyone looking to sell one. The EF 28-105 f/3.5-4.5 USM is good mid-level lens and is worth as much or more, but you may as well keep it to use with a Canon DSLR.
