Stolen Images

I was contacted by another BP member who discovered MANY of her images...and when I say many, I mean practically her whole gallery... posted on this site. She happened to come across one of my images so she contactd me.

As I bagan to search this site, I found another one of my images in addition to literally hundreds of BP images, incredibly many of them still had the original copyrights. I did my best today to contact as many BPers as I could however, there were so many images that I recognized from BP, but was unable to identify the photographer.

I am not quite sure how to go about handling this issue, although I have contacted BP and have made some inquiries with an attorney whom I work with.

I would encourage everyone to take a look to ensure none of their images are posted on this site. The babies/children category seems to be the one with the most BP images, however I found a few in other categories as well. So far, all of the BP images that I have come across were posted by the user "Piyusha". However, I wouldn't be surprised to find them by other users.

From reading some previous posts, I know this has been a problem in the past, so if anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the link to the page with the different categories. If you click on baby wallpapers, you can see each new post...as I said "Piyusha" is the one you want to pay the closest attention to. Didn't even bother to change the title on my 2 images.
