Can this Pic Be Fixed in PhotoShop


 
 
I just took this picture with the Nifty Fifty, and of course the best one of the two, my daughter is blurry!! Can this type of pic be edited in PhotoShop 6.0 to clean it up?? I don't want to take the time and try, if there is NO way.

Just got new camera, practicing, and learning PhotoShop....very NEW to this whole process!!
