Safety of SD cards when going through Air Port Sec Hiw wukk air port scanning equiptment affect or not affect SA cards for my digital camera? Can I put them and the camera through? I fly out on Friday the 13th of June. Thanks, Carol

Instead, Carol, you should worry about thieves, pickpockets, and hotel rats. Airports and hotels are their prime hunting grounds. Better check if your insurance covers your gear sufficiently. Because when it does get stolen, usually ALL your gear is nicked in one go. Necessitating replacement of EVERYTHING. That's a lot of dough.
