Which filter should I buy next?
I use a Nikon D70s. I already have the following filters - a UV, a Circular Polarizer and a Screw-on Grad Neutral Density (2 stop). After I bought the Screw-on grad ND, I realized that it is harder to use than the square ones(I can't return it to the store :-(). I was wondering what other filter I should add to my collection. I was looking at Singh-Ray.com and got confused with what might be the "next" appropriate filter. I love to shoot landscapes and night photos of cities. Can anyone help me please?

Before anyone can accurately answer your question, it's necessary to know what you need. What kind of photography do you do? Do you even NEED another filter? Do you process b/w images at all, or strictly color? No simple answer to your question. With no further information than you give here, I couldn't do anything but guess that you might ened a 1-stop GND.
