Okay, I had issues getting the image to show, because its on a hosting site, and I can't 'save a copy' on my hard drive. But what I want to do, is make these 'matted look' posters, that have the title and my name underneath. I have not been able to locate software that will let me do it! Suggestions from the floor please?

Seems like that would be easy to do in Photoshop. Even in PS Elements, not the full-version Photoshop.

Hi, if you have Elements, there is a book by Scott Kelby "The Photoshop Elements 5 Book"...and on Page 388, he outlines 9 steps for Poster Presentation.
