  Try the old Technicolor trick used in 1950's movies. Shoot in daylight with a Blue #47 filter.

First of all, cmon people. lets be nice. The first two things you need are a tripod and a shutter release (it was so much easier saying cable). Thin a hand held light meter is a very good investment. After you have those, you still need three things. Practice, practice, practice.

  I'm not trying to be mean. Seriously though... taking landscape pictures at night is vastly different than taking portraits at night. That was why I asked. But she seems to have disappeared...
