Digital Photographs have Blue haze

I have a HP PhotoSmart camera that I have had for awhile. It has always taken very good photographs, but recently the pictures have a blue cast/haze to the pictures. I have put new batteries in it and this didn't help. Would the Photo Memory card need replacing? Any suggestions as to what would cause this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your assistance.

If you have the camera to white balance towards tungsten lighting when you are in fact shooting in daylight, the photos will come out blue.

It might be an idea to double check the daylight/white balance the camera is set on. Set it to daylight if you're shooting in daylight and tungesten or fluorescent under those conditions.
