Some BW's Following AMy's question - I've just converted some colour images I shot in Paris during Dec. I used PSE5 to convert to BW, as well as the free Optikvervelabs programme, which I quite enjoy. I also used the free Curves d/l for PSE5, and generally played around, using Orton and in some cases Poster edges. I've just printed some, and was quite pleased with the results, but any constructive comments/crits would be welcome. www.betterphoto.com/?RobynB I know I probably should have done this via the 'comments' page.... but had just read the previous thread. I agree with what the others said - why use filters, when you're shooting digital, and can get so creative with editing software. If you don't have PS, there's always GIMP or Picasa.It also seems you can't d/l the Channels plug-in for PSE5, I've got it for PSE4. Thanks a mil!
