Photography Question

need help thinking of a good Domain name.

I've been trying to come up with a Domain name that would double as my buisness name that's original, easy to remember, and interesting.

i havn't gotten many good names that stick but I want to stay clear of using my name, or the word photography, to maintain an original aspect to it.

For example things i'd like to stay away from are DHPhoto, DougHuckerPhotography, things like that

anyone have any ideas?

Is there a particular type(s) or style(s) of photography you do? I would hire you to do ____________?

I appreciate your wanting to be original and not use the word photography. One thing to think about though; make sure that someone seeing your domain name knows what you are trying to sell. If you too original, it may draw oohs and ahs from friends and family, but never be noticed by future/potential customers.

Example (I just made it up) :
Joe the Plumber has a store front that he thinks is original----Joe's Royal Flush Ma and Pa Kettle need their leaking toilet fixed yet have no idea it's a plumbers shop.

Food for thought.

Dennis, I thought the same thing; but, couldn't figure a way to put it into words. Nice analogy.

i was thinking that and while i'm not totally against it... i'd liek to use some photo terminology of some sort... something likeee I thought this one up awhile ago.. getlightsensitive.com

Doesn't have the word photography in it, yet gets the point across I think.

i would think more towards using the word photography if I can think of ways it can tie into other names except using your actual name if you know what I mean.

It's your baby, go with what you like. The name you mentioned wouldn't mean anything to someone not involved in photography in my opinion. Figure out your target audience and go from there.
