Which Wide Angle for Interior

Hola to the photographers
I am looking for a new lens for my Pentax DSLR K10 that can double as a lens for interior house shooting for vacation rental companies and as a landscape lens. I am trying to decide a few things. One: whether or not I should get a fixed wide angle lens or not. I have looked at some lenses pentax has to offer such as the smc P-DA 14mm F2.8. Converted to the 35mm focal length this is 21mm and I wonder if this will be significantly wider than my 18-55mm pentax kit lens and wide enough for what I will be using it for. I have also looked at pentax's smc P-DA 12-24mm F4.0 ED/AL (IF). as well as some Sigma branded lens. SO back to the question fixed or not, and which one under these categories I NEED ADVISE please! Thanks

I shoot Hotels and High End homes occasionally. I use a Canon 16-35 2.8L but used to use a 17-40L f/4. I think the zoom is better because I could zoom in/out and didn't have to crop as much. get a tripod and a remote sensor trigger.
