Replacement for Buzz Simplifier Fo2pix website states that the company is not longer in business and the buzz simplifier plug-in is no longer available for purchase. Does anyone have suggestions for an alternative that is relatively inexpensive?

You can get a little bit of this look with surface blur in Photoshop. I do, however, like the buZZ filter better, but since it's no longer available, you could try the surface blur.
