Touching Up Bridal Portrait in Photoshop Elements I have a bridal portrait that needs some touching up. The bride is very fair skinned with dark hair. The part that needs touching up is her forarms. The dark hair on her arms really shows up. What is the best way to fix this using Photoshop Elements?

I like to use the Photoshop Norelco Brush or the Mach 1 brushtool...JK I know this is a HUGE problem with Eastern European models so what you do is set your brushtool on 20% and just run it over to lighten the hair...you might have the contrast or Black a little too heavy. I'm using CS3 but it must be similar.
