Personally I like the 2nd one better (more vibrant) but since it's ARMY, the first one is better, you don't want bright colored images to represent the army. Plus Debby is right, it's very dramatic!

The 1st one is better for this shot, but I would like to see a bit more saturation on the actual soldier.

Well hey Debby I'm doing quite well, and you? Ariel, how about selectively saturating the soldier, keeping the background pretty desaturated? I think it would look great as well, thanks for the advice guys (well ladies!)
