Is there a way to overlay 2 images on top of each other within Photoshop?

If so could someone assist me in doing this, just an fyi I have little knowledge on layering.

Thanks,
Mindy

  Hello Mindy,

Have both images open in Photoshop. Select your move tool (at the very top of the tools palette, it's a small cross), click and hold on the image that should go on top, then simply drag that image over on top of the first one.

FYI, there is a software section here in the forum where questions like this can be answered more quickly. Also, you might want to check our photoshopuser.com for lots more good info.

There seems to be plenty of expertise here without going to that other site ;-)
