How to Shoot framed art behind glass

I have built several large oak frames with poker art themes encased (51"x 42"). These items include a background of felt, cards (front & backs), and chips. Plexaglass is used out front. The cards are "sandwhithed" between 2 sheets of the frontal glass. Below each poker hand (about 1" deep) is a 1 3/4" hole with a mirror mounded behind the frame allowing for the card hand to be "read" from the 1 3/4" hole. The frame is hung on a wall with a white background. How do I get a quality digital picture without glare or "feedback" from the frontal glass either from room light or camera flash? I also need closeups of one of the poker hands behind the front glass showing how the cards are reflected back from the mirror. I am NOT a camera buff!!! I need quality photo's for marketing purposes. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Thanks,
