so which one? PhotoShop or Elements? Not sure I got the answer I needed. I need to be able to do layering with 3-4 pictures before my next class (to creat special effects). Does Elements have the capabilities to allow me this photo manipulation? I cant swing the pricey full Photoshop for $500 + so I sure hope Elements will work. IF so, I am picking it up today - I have about 5 days left. thanks. deb

I can't really answer your question, but I just wanted to tell you that I have a neice that attends college and she can get it for $200 with her college discount, that is the pscs3. So you might want to check around and see if there are any college students near you that would be willing to help you out.
