Hooking up camera to view pictures on TV monitor I have a nikkon D40X and have followed the directions in the manual to be able to view pictures on TV monitor but all I get is a black screen. I know the TV setting is correct due to the fact that I tried the same settings with my Canon camera and it works fine. I have followed the manual instructions and have tried both NTSC and the PAL settings and both are black. Can you help?
