transferring images from nikon d40x I love my new Nikon d40x -- easy features, great images! I know how to transfer images by connecting my camera to the computer. But, when I remove the sd card from the camera and use a the sd slot on my computer, the computer senses a blank card. I have tried to install the card in a "card reader" and to use it through my printer. In every instance, the card appears empty. If I connect the camera and turn the power on, the card is full of pictures. Is there anyway to recognize the images without turning my camera ON?
