Need help finding a lab for wedding photography I'm wondering if anyone knows of a photo lab website that will allow me to post my photos so that customers can view them online. I want to be able to set my own prices and display them on the site. Naturally, I don't want my customers to be able to save/print them or order prints directly from the lab unless the lab collects the payment and sends me my share. It would be great if they gave me unlimited space for free. Am I asking too much???

Hi Marilynn, Are you familiar with the websites offered here at Better Photo ? You can arrange/display as you want - add a price list and even add a paypal button to sell your images yourself. They are also right click/save protected. It is not free but well worth the $$. You can also use your existing Betterpholio link and share that as well (which I did until getting my site). I looked around for the same kind of site and decided getting my own Better Photo website was the way to go. I even have friends that do web design and have server space but the BP site is much easier for me to manage.

pictage is good for photographers that have too much work and not enough time for editing, collecting installments and sending out albums. These are usually the higher end photographers with packages starting at $4000 and shoot 40 or more weddings a year. Pictage is pricey, but a blessing if you can afford it. They can edit, make an album/ship it and collect money from the clients for the wedding, the album, extra photos ordered from guest and friends. They send you a check on the 10th of every month. Some photographers say its a rip off, but they probably don't shoot much or spend alot of time with their families and friends.
