Problems with BP Has anyone else had problems getting on BP in the last several days? Last night about 1AM Eastern time I kept getting a page error so I just went to bed. When I woke up about 2 hours later, the problem was fixed. The night before it seems the problem occured soon after the contest deadline and by morning things were back to normal. It seems to me that the problems are happening more frequently. I guess I should keep a log and inform someone at BP.

I had the same problem last night about the same time you did. I gave up and went to bed. It was fixed the next morning. I have only had this happen once so far and hope it doesn't happen again.

Sherry, thanks! I have had PC problems so just wondered if it was IE, my PC, or BP! I think I will write it down from now on so I can let them know.

I had the same problem and emailed BP. They wrote back and told me it must be something wrong with my computer! I keep getting "Page cannot be displayed...no matter whay link I use...I even went to Google ...It seems to "Fix" itself, but now seeing that other folks have the same problem, I know it isn't my computer!

Jill, did you tell BP that you are not the only one having this problem? It does 'fix' itself, but I usually leave the computer and it's OK the next day. But it's frustrating when I want to have a look at the new entries and read the forum and not be able to pull it up...

I thought that it was my browser, but if has to be BP. It went out last night (well, officially this morning) at 4:35AM Eastern time, 1:35AM BP time, and at 5:00AM Eastern, it was still not working. Also, when I first got this PC up and running again with a new hard drive, I could not enter a photo from "edit my photos" in my member center or click on anything while I was under that heading or I would get an error message that IE had to close, there was an error. This would happen sometimes 5-6 times in a row before I would give up. I had to upload and enter the photo at the same time. This went on for 3-4 days and I sent error report after error report to Microsoft but never got any type of feedback as to what I should do. It happened with IE 6 which came with Win XP on the installation disc, so I thought it must be because I didn't have service pack 2 yet or IE 7. But even after downloading the updates and new IE, the problem persisted. Just when I was about to uninstall IE7 and reinstall it, it quit happening, just that suddenly! I believe now that it was a problem on BP's end because I didn't do anything to make it quit happening, and I have never seen a problem like that fix itself. I frequently have BP problems several minutes at a time, but these latest times, it was much longer periods of time that I am unable to access. I am trying to keep a log so I can conteact BP.
