Prakash, If you search the web for free web counters you will get several choices, or you could just go to my the link for my site here and click the link on my gallery page to "Free Web Counter." Follow the directions selecting your choice of style and then copy the code. When you navigate back into your Member Center go into "My Member Info" then "Gallery Text." Just right click and paste the code where you would want the counter to appear and submit. That's all there is to it. Hope this helps.

I was wondering if you got this going. Maybe they made a change recently to how the sites are configured and if you make a change, you won't be able to add a counter going forward?

I get a message basically that states I cannot add IMG or script tags. I cannot even "bold" using so I'm not sure I could even add HTML in the Gallery Text section. Ideas?

Thanks

If you copy and paste the counter HTML code to your "Gallery Text", it will work just fine.

Jim (above) is right.
Embedding HTML, Script, etc. in Gallery/Bio section is currently disabled. Essentially it says, "..Do not enter any HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash or any other script tags..."

The reason is likely that HTML and other script language can do rather wacky things to your gallery if they are not written properly.

I wanted to provide an update. I did get this working finally today. Not sure why I was getting the script errors but I had noticed that a BOLD tag started working in my gallery text and so I gave it a whirl. Worked.
