2 dimensional images (or 3?)
I want to create a dvd cover that when the user moves it left/right up/down, the image will transition from one to another. I remember seeing more of these when I was a little kid, it was an optical illusion that would seem to be 2 photos blended with some kind of special plastic cover(?) Can you help-what is this called; where can I get this done. Am creating a dvd cover for class reunion and want to have the school then and now on its cover and change as the person moves the jacket. thanks

The effect you're looking for is called a lenticular image. In this, each image is sliced up very thinly, and special lenses are placed on top so that as the viewing angle changes, the image you're looking at changes. Wikipedia has lots of information here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lenticular_lens and a quick google search turns up a couple places that print lenticular images, including http://www.lenticularprinting.com/ and http://www.world3d.com/
