PHOTO RETOUCHING - 7$ PER HOUR!!! My name is Sebastián Parra. I have worked as a photo retoucher for 6 years in the publicity market and in the graphic market (pre-press) and have been doing it for many more as a hobby. There is a drawback, however, which may result in a very consistent benefit: I live in Argentina. As you may know, here in my country, your currency is valued much higher than ours. Therefore, for me, 7$ per hour is a good fee and I think it is a good save for you too. We can work from the web and communication will not be a problem as I am a fluent speaker of the language and we can get through via email, or chat.
