How to shoot inside with very low lighting

I am not a pro! But I sure enjoy it alot.
Here is my gear don't laugh!!!
A Kodak Z612 W/ a Schneider-KREUZNACH
Variogon 35mm-420mm(equivalent) AF 12x Optical Zoom.
I also bought attachments a Tokina 3x High Def Telephoto Lens
Titanium Super Wide Macro Lens 0.42xAF

Please Let Me Know If There Is Any Ideas I Am Sure There Is.
