Photography Question

Organizing photos

Hi! I have been asked to take photos of a melodrama in May and then burn them to a CD for people buy and to order them from on their own. My only problem is I don't know how to burn them to a CD. I have Microsoft Digital Image Suite, and from what I know, I can't burn specific images to a CD. Does anyone know how I can do this, or a certain program I can use to do this? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!
Melissa

After you make any edits or adjustments to the images in Digital Image Suite, go to My Computer, browse to the folder where the pictures are stored, select all the pictures, and click "Copy to CD" on the list of Picture Tasks on the left. Put a blank CD in your drive and follow the instructions.

  Chris,
Thanks for the quick response. That seems way too easy for this to work!!!! After doing this, will they be able to take that CD and for example, put it into a kiosk at say Wal-mart to order the pictures they want? If so, that is incredibly easy and I wish I would have known this a long time ago!!!!!!! Thanks again for your help.

I don't see why a kiosk wouldn't be able to print the pictures. They are in standard format even when you just copy the folders to the cd and burn it.

Note: Picasa also has cd writing. It has a few other features like slideshows stuff, but it also throws extra files onto the cd.

Yes, it's just that easy. One thing - I was assuming you are using Windows XP or newer. Older versions won't have the "copy to CD" option.
