alteration Using photoshop can I alter pictures uploaded or scanned into my pc? If so how?

Hello Sue, I dont know how much you know about Photoshop or if I understand your question, but once you scan/download files to a folder on your PC, in Photoshop go to file/open (select the folder & picture) and hit enter. You have tools such as levels, curves, hue/saturation, brightness/contrast and much more to choose from for enhansing your photo. Photoshop is a digital darkroom. If you are new to Photoshop, you have quite a learning curve to undertake, but it is a fun learning curve. If this is not what you meant, please clarify.

Once you have scanned or uploaded, it is a digital print just the same as if you took it with a digital camera.
