Usage Rights Requested by a Painter I have a studio in a local Art Center building that also houses many other photographers and artists. I have been asked by one of the painters for usage rights to some of my photos. I have no problem with granting him these rights as long as I don't lose any rights to my photos and I receive fair compensation. I am just starting out in the business side of photography and have no idea what is fair compensation to me and how I should word the agreement. Any advice at all would be much appreciated. Nevia
