I too received the award notice from picture.com I, too, received the email from picture.com notifying me of my recently submitted photo. Since I am unable to attend the meeting in Las Vega, NV they want me to submit $169 to represent my photo and to cover the costs of the crystal award, medallion and membership fee. I feel that if you are true member all of that would be free. If anyone has any information on picture.com I would greatly appreciate it. I was able to go to www.bbb.com, but was unable to retrieve any type of valuable information on them. Thanks!

Kelly, Do a search on this site for picture.com, International Library of Photographers, or any other name these people go by. It's a scam.
