outstanding achievement in photographcrystal award I entered a contest at picture picture and they are saying that I won the crystal award only I could not go to Nevada due to finances. Now they are sending me information and want to show my photo that is if I pay x amount of dollars. which would included a membership in the ISP and the trophy send to me, but no chance at winning the big money since I am not going to go to Nevada. What I want to know is if this is legal or is it a scam? I really would appreciate hearing from you on this matter asap, since they want me to do that by 3/22/07 Thanks for your help. Sharon Drayton

They want you to pay...... it is a scam. If they want to show your photo, then they should be paying you, or you should only be paying for any matting or framing required. I'd keep away from things like this. Sounds dodgy...
