how to shoot intellectual property consultant


i work wid a financial magazine and I have to shoot intellectual property consultant ,my editor wants me to make it interesting as Intellectual property includes loads of mind games what can I include pls.let me know,i have posted earlier as well but didn't get helpfull response..pls.help dis time..thnx

Get a 3D ©opyright symbol. But HUGE. Like 3 or 4 feet diameter (polystyreen...). Let the 'intellectual property consultant' (is it a man? a woman?) carry that 3D ©opyright on his/her shoulders as a regular Atlas (who carried the earth on his shoulders in Greek mythology).
